If you are familiar with "The Hitcher," with Rutger Hauer, and liked it, you'll enjoy "Highwaymen" with Rhona Mitra, Jim Caviezel, and Colm Feore. The story in a nutshell: a handicapped serial killer Fargo gets his kicks by using his car as a killing machine to run over young women. He runs over Caviezel's wife years earlier and Caviezel's character Rennie hunts him across America. (Even though it's filmed in Canada.) When the traumatized Molly (Rhona) escapes from bad guy Feore in a tunnel, Rennie uses her as bait to attract Fargo and eliminate him.
